No Rice Maki Rolls

RAW MAKI ROLLS!

I just made this Rice-less maki roll and it is so delicious I don't even miss the rice!

To make 4 rolls, you will need

4 Nori Papers
1 Avocado
Sliced up Lettuce
Sliced up Purple Cabbage
Sliced up Cucumber
Sliced up Carrots

Ginger, Soy Sauce and Wasabi to flavor.

Start by laying the Nori paper (lines parallel to you make it easy to cut) on a cutting board. Take 1/4 of the avocado and mash onto half of the paper. This will moisten the nori and make it easy to roll, it also helps with getting your veggies to stay put.
Place lettuce, cucumber, carrots, purple cabbage in orderly rows ontop of the mashed avocado. Roll from the full side to the empty side, and run a little bit of water along the end when rolled to hold it all together. Cut into 6 pieces, and place on a plate with a side of Ginger, and Wasabi.

Delicious!
